给google chrome组写了个信
因为chorme最新版对我公司和塞音等字库的处理方式有错，这直接影响了蒙文的显示效果，全部躺倒了，所以给google写了封信，大家有空给转发一下，让他们修改程序！

when chrome upgrade version to V27, coding processing method changed a bit, and this chang affected our traditional mongolian font's display style, please give me some advice how to handle these problem.
chrome will rotate the character 90 degree when the code in unicode Private Use Area (Private/Corporate Use) (6400: E000–F8FF) and css style with -webkit-writing-mode: vertical-lr; I don't know why rotate the character, may be considered these area is CJK text? I think if the font style is CJK property you can rotate it, or else don't.
it's affect deeply our mongolian text display style, look at the picture and link below!
